Returns
At Avorlen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us by email to request a return.
Undamaged and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Not damaged, washed, altered, or worn
- Suitable for resale
For returns due to non-quality issues, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- The reason for your return
- Photos or videos of the product, if applicable
- Your complete shipping address
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
- Items not purchased directly from Avorlen
- Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale on the product page
Avorlen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Your complete shipping address
In some cases, we may request additional photos or videos to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after we receive the returned item.
After the refund is processed:
- PayPal refunds usually take 3–5 business days
- Credit or debit card refunds may take 3–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours after placing the order.
Please include your order number and the changes you would like to make.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
